01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk877 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk877 website located at https://tk877.org and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the tk877 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

The Services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a strict condition of registration and continued use of tk877 that you are at least 18 years old at the time you create your account and at all subsequent times that you access the Services. Players found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their accounts permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits returned subject to anti-fraud review.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Geographic Eligibility

2.4 One Account Per Person

Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, the same bKash number, the same National ID (NID), the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds held in them may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services offered by tk877, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk877 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before withdrawals are processed, all accounts must complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) showing your full name and date of birth
• A clear photograph or scan of the payment account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name
• A selfie photograph for facial verification where required by our compliance team

tk877 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it has reason to question the authenticity of the information provided. Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. tk877 reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit balances, and report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tk877 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the operational status of the respective provider.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount at tk877 is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad under standard conditions.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned to the originating account.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tk877 balance within two minutes under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between 10 and 30 minutes depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
• tk877 does not charge any fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• tk877 reserves the right to refuse a deposit or place a hold on deposited funds if a transaction triggers our fraud-detection protocols, pending verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are only available to players whose accounts have completed the full KYC verification process.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes to bKash and Nagad during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your tk877 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• tk877 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers to carry an elevated risk profile.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on tk877 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. tk877 does not apply any currency conversion charge on standard transactions. Players using Visa or Mastercard cards issued in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion fees applied by their own card issuer — tk877 has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

tk877 is committed to preventing the use of our platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any player suspected of using tk877 to launder funds will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities. Players must not deposit funds from illegal or undisclosed sources.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tk877 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility criteria that are communicated in the specific terms of each promotion. These Terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse tk877's bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing offsetting or hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or using automated software to complete wagering — constitutes bonus abuse. tk877 reserves the right to:

• Void all bonus funds and associated winnings in the affected account
• Permanently close all accounts associated with the abuse
• Withhold any remaining real-money balance pending an investigation
• Share details of the abuse with other gaming operators to prevent repeat behaviour

5.4 Promotional Changes

tk877 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Ongoing promotions for which a player has already received bonus funds will be honoured under the terms active at the time the bonus was credited, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Your Responsibilities

• Money laundering — using tk877 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity
• Underage access — allowing or facilitating access to tk877 by any person under the age of 18

6.3 Liability for Prohibited Conduct

tk877 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of losses caused by the conduct, and referral to law enforcement agencies. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tk877 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, cost, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tk877 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (after the deduction of any unmet bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by tk877

tk877 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age
• Request from law enforcement, a regulatory body, or a court of competent jurisdiction
• Inactive accounts with a zero balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months

7.3 Funds on Closure

In the event that tk877 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, due to a platform decision to withdraw from a market), all verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 30 business days.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). tk877 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to your account.
